These draft terms are intended for the pre-launch GreenLight Outdoors website and should be reviewed before public App Store release. By using GreenLight services, you agree to use them responsibly and in compliance with applicable law.

Informational hunting tool

GreenLight provides estimates, forecasts, mapping tools, and recommendations based on available data. Wild animal behavior, weather, property conditions, and field conditions are inherently uncertain. GreenLight does not guarantee deer movement, sightings, harvest success, weather outcomes, or the safety or legality of any hunting decision.

Hunter responsibility

You are responsible for verifying property boundaries, landowner permission, hunting seasons, licensing, weapon restrictions, access rules, safety conditions, and all other applicable laws and regulations before hunting or entering property.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions

GreenLight may offer a free tier and optional auto-renewing GreenLight Pro subscriptions. Pricing, trial duration, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be displayed before purchase. App Store subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple and may be canceled through the user's Apple subscription settings.

Maps and data

Map imagery, weather information, and other third-party datasets may contain errors, delays, or omissions. GreenLight should not be used as the sole source for property-boundary, navigation, emergency, or weather-safety decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to GreenLight systems, scrape protected data in violation of applicable terms, interfere with service operation, or use GreenLight to facilitate unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

GreenLight branding, software, designs, original content, and proprietary recommendation systems are owned by Green Light Outdoors LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Changes and availability

Features may change as GreenLight improves. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service where reasonably necessary.
